Mr. P. Kalastree

Mr. P. Kalastree, a retired Major, is the visionary founder and Executive Chairman of the Mainguard Group of Companies. With over four decades of experience in the security and investigations industry, Mr. Kalastree has played a pivotal role in shaping the standards of professionalism and ethics within the field, both in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region. 

In 1998, he was honored with the prestigious International Investigator of the Year award by the Council of International Investigators (CII), a global association comprising members from intelligence and law enforcement agencies worldwide. His leadership was further recognized when he was elected as the President of the CII in 2001–2002, becoming one of the few Asians to hold this distinguished role. 

Under Mr. Kalastree’s guidance, Mainguard has grown from a local security firm into a respected international brand with strategic alliances across the globe. His unwavering dedication to service quality, ethical conduct, and continuous innovation remains at the core of Mainguard’s operations.
